The Strength  Collective 

The Strength Collective is an online space for people who want to feel stronger, move better and build fitness in a steady, sustainable way.

​

It’s strength training that works alongside the reality of your day-to-day life, energy, routine, challenges and all. You’ll get simple, structured workouts, with guidance to help you feel confident and supported as you train.

You don’t have to do it alone. Inside our community, members share wins, questions, wobbles, motivation and support.  You’ll be surrounded by others who get it: busy lives, real challenges, real goals. It’s a place where progress is celebrated, setbacks are normal and you keep going anyway.

We hold 2 live calls every month so you can ask questions, get guidance and feel supported as you build strength. This membership is about helping you feel fitter, healthier and more confident in your body, with simple workouts and the support that makes it doable.

When Howard joined The Strength Collective, exercise wasn’t new to him. He enjoyed running and staying active when he could, but work and recurring injuries made it difficult to stay consistent. He often found himself starting again, losing momentum and feeling frustrated when progress stopped.

 

He wanted to feel fitter and healthier, but pushing harder wasn’t the answer. What he needed was a steady, realistic approach that supported his body rather than aggravating it.

Howard

Inside the membership, Howard follows a simple weekly structure: strength sessions designed to support his running, gentle progressions and guidance when something doesn't feel quite right. We focus on building strength gradually around the areas that need support, reducing the likelihood of injury and helping him feel more confident in movement.

​

The result? Howard is running consistently again. He completed a 10k in a time he’s genuinely proud of. He has lost 8kg in three months. And, most importantly, he enjoys training again and feels stronger day-to-day.

Workouts

Strength training is easier when the exercises feel clear. Inside, you’ll find demos that show how to perform each movement safely and with confidence.

 

My workout plans are simple to follow and can be done from home or the gym, using your bodyweight, resistance bands, or whatever equipment you have.

Community Support

You don't have to do this alone.

Our group chat is friendly and supportive. A space to ask questions, celebrate wins, talk through setbacks, and stay connected with people on the same journey.

You’ll also get support from me. I check in, answer questions and help you adapt exercises when your body needs something different.

Live Calls

Twice a month, we meet on a live call where you can ask about form, injuries, motivation or anything you’re unsure about. It’s a chance to get direct guidance, talk things through and feel supported as you build strength in your own way.

Hi, I'm Gemma

A strength coach who believes exercise should feel supportive, not overwhelming. I help people build strength and confidence at a pace that feels right for them, especially if you’ve felt intimidated by the gym, struggled with pain, or stopped and started more times than you can count.

Strength training changed my life, both physically and mentally, and now I help others experience that too, in a way that feels realistic and enjoyable. If you want to feel stronger, healthier and more at home in your body, you’re in the right place.
